"Christmas in July" on a very hot day!!

Happy 4th of July to all my American crafty friends!!  It really seems odd to be posting a Christmas card today!!  My husband is a pastor and we always have a picnic at our house on July 4th and invite the whole church.  Not everyone comes, but today we had almost 100 here.  It was 95 degrees and humid!!  Needless to say, our Ultimate Frisbee game was not as long as usual!!  The water balloons were more popular!! :)

But Christmas will be here before we know it :-o so I made a card!

Challenges...
Mojo Monday 248 - sketch

~Doodle Pantry "French Horn" image and sentiment

This is SO pretty Debbie. I'd love to have you share it at Word Art Wednesday - we're having another double prize week with some amazing prizes.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. It's always so nice to hear from you. Glad you had a successful party today. God is SO GOOD, and I'm sure everyone had fun despite the heat.

Have a blessed week!

That's quite a turnout, 100 people on such a hot day! It sounds like a lot of fun :) I love the embossing on the patterned paper - such a simple thing to have such a big pop!
